Bernard J. Arroyo, President/CEO

Bernard has been in the transportation industry for over 14 years.  He has worked for various transportation consulting firms in southern California. He also worked in the field of specialized transit for individuals with developmental disabilities for 5 years. JETT Consulting Services has been providing consulting services to clients since 2000.

Some of the transportation projects or studies include: air quality analysis, intelligent transportation systems planning, routing and scheduling, transportation data management and analysis, and vehicle tracking.
